Wow, 2024…some year, huh? We’re expecting 2025 to be a hectic year for online dating.

Traditionally, January sees the highest traffic on dating sites and apps, as singles try to make good on their New Year’s resolutions to meet someone, so it’s an ideal time to get your dating profile spruced up in time for the New Year madness.

Here are our opening/delivery times to help you plan ahead.

Questionnaires received before midnight on Friday, 13th December 2024 will be ready in 5 working days (our standard delivery time).

Questionnaires received on Saturday, 14th December 2024 and up until Sunday, January 5th 2025, will be ready W/C Monday, 6th January 2025.

Normal business hours and service will resume on Monday, 6th January 2025.
