Welcome to our site. There are a few things we need to cover here: none of it surprising. But if you want to suggest or fix something, please tell us. Because dull as small print is, it matters.
1. Introduction:
After placing an order with Fix My Profile, you are agreeing to our Terms and Conditions, which are set out on this page.
We recommend that if you disagree with any of these Terms and Conditions, you do not use our service.
From time to time, we may decide to change these Terms and Conditions. Should these changes take place after you have placed an order with Fix My Profile, then the original Terms and Conditions at the time of placing your order will apply.
A contract with our service will only exist when Fix My Profile has accepted your order. Occasionally, we may refuse an order without notice, but we will inform you within 12 hours of your order.
All prices listed on the Fix My Profile website are subject to change without prior notice, and Fix My Profile does not accept any liability for this. Should our prices change after you have placed an order, then the price at the time of purchase will apply.
Should any of our prices reduce and you have placed an order within seven days of this action, then we will happily refund you the difference.
All content on this site is the property of Fix My Profile. Unauthorised copying is not permitted.
Fix My Profile goes to great effort to ensure the information on its website is accurate. We only provide advice and accept no liability as a result of inaccuracy in any of the information on the Fix My Profile website.
2. Ordering with Fix My Profile:
In order to complete your order, we collect personal information such as name, postcode, a bit about you and your dating history. Should this information not be readily available from your order, then we will either contact you to gather this information or in the case where there is a minor amount of information missing, we will highlight this when sending your completed order back to you.
Fix My Profile takes payment in advance in order to begin your order. This will is through our online merchant service PayPal or Stripe. However, should you wish to pay by other means, then please make contact to discuss alternative methods.
If we find that due to the nature of your order, e.g., complex information, we will fall outside of the agreed turnaround time, we will contact you to discuss this. Similarly, if we find that due to resources we will fall outside of the agreed turnaround time, we will contact you to discuss this and agree on any required actions.
Once your order has been placed with Fix My Profile, we request that you fill in a short online questionnaire to gather all necessary information. We then require you to send us your photos. This is usually done by email, but we can make our Dropbox account available to you, too – please just shout.
The turnaround time pertaining to your order will apply from when all required information has been received.
When received. we will write your new online dating profile from the information provided, and where any existing content is deemed fit for purpose, we will use it in the new profile. Your dating profile and recommendations will be delivered back in Microsoft Word or PDF to the email address provided at the time of placing the order.
IMPORTANT: We do recommend that throughout the process of your order being completed, you do check your Junk or Spam folder.
We try our best to avoid using spammy terms in our emails, but occasionally our emails end up in spam folders.
We cannot accept any liability for where an order has been sent but perceived as not received for this reason.
Any additional services ordered (for example, Wingman time) will be discussed once your initial dating profile has been completed.
Equally, we cannot accept any liability for technical difficulties related to the checking of your personal email account. We will make every effort to send your order to another email account specified by you if you encounter email difficulties.
Once you have received your order, we will assume your order is complete unless you advise us that adjustments are required. If you require amendments to your profile, we do recommend you outline any required adjustments in an email and send this to [email protected].
Once we have received your request, we will respond should we feel, in our experience, your adjustments need to be reconsidered. We aim to complete any requested adjustments within 4 days of your request. If you would like it sooner, then please do advise us of this so that we may try and do the adjustments sooner – we’ll always do our best!
Fix My Profile’s services are based on your representations to us and how we perceive your personality with regard to potential matches.
We do not guarantee results; certain things are beyond our control, such as a given number of emails, dates or marriage within a year.
We provide our services in good faith and complete orders to the best of our knowledge by experienced dating profile writers. We cannot accept any liability should you suffer any loss or damage from taking our advice.
3. Service Refusal
While we aim to help everyone find their perfect match, we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone or cancel an existing order, at our discretion and without the need to provide a reason.
4. Cancellation & Returns Policy:
The service provided by Fix My Profile are goods ‘made to consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised’. It is for this reason that our services are exempt from the normal distance selling regulations.
As part of our ongoing commitment to 100% customer satisfaction, we guarantee to revise your dating profile until you are 100% satisfied. This is our 100% satisfaction guarantee.
Other than where you have selected a service which is less than the cost of what you should have paid then we do not offer any refunds.
Changing Your Mind Policy
We do allow full cancellation of your order within 48 hours of placing your order (before we have delivered your profile). If you have changed your mind about using our services, please email [email protected] to request your refund.
Please be aware that all refunds are subject to a 5% processing fee, which will be deducted from your refund amount. This fee covers non-refundable transaction charges and administrative costs incurred by our third-party payment providers (such as Stripe and PayPal) at the time of your original purchase. These fees are not returned to us when we process a refund.
5. Your profile will be delivered within five working days:
Once we have received the necessary information to start on your new dating profile, i.e., the completed online questionnaire and your photos, we will complete and send back your new dating profile and recommendations in PDF format within five working days.

Our working hours are 8 am to 5 pm (UK time)
Any orders made outside of our working hours will be picked up at 8 am the next working morning.
For example, if you order and submit your information by Thursday at 11 am, you will receive your profile by the following Thursday at 11 am.
