At Fix My Profile, we want you to feel confident ordering your personalised dating profile. This page explains our refunds and cancellations policy in plain, human-friendly language.

These terms for Refunds & Cancellations are designed to work alongside our general terms and conditions.

We understand that circumstances can change, and we try to be fair:

• Questionnaire not submitted: You may request a refund up to 14 days after purchase (minus a 5% processing fee for non-refundable transaction costs).
• Cancel within 24 hours after submitting your questionnaire (before work starts): Full refund minus a 5% processing fee.

These options ensure you have flexibility if you change your mind before we begin your profile.

Because our services are personalised and collaborative:

• Standard refunds are not available once work has started.
• We will make reasonable revisions to ensure your profile meets your expectations.
• Digital products (once accessed) are non-refundable.

Change of mind, personal taste, or dating outcomes: Refunds are not available simply because you don’t like your first draft or the results of your dating profile. Our approach is collaborative, and we’ll work with you to get it right.

Sometimes we may need to refuse or end a service for safety, incompatibility, or unreasonable expectations. In these cases:

• You will receive a full refund if no meaningful work has been done.
• If work has started, we’ll refund any unused portion of your package, where appropriate.

We aim to be fair, transparent, and human, keeping everyone’s experience consistent and safe.

• We’ll respond within 1–2 working days with the next steps.
